1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, to place an order on the Website. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet this requirement.

2. Products & Pricing

• —All products listed — including the Clarifying Shampoo, Alignment Treatment, Bond Repair Shampoo, Molecular Conditioner, Bond Shield Serum, Hair Mask, and Bond Repair Ampoule — are subject to availability.
• —Prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• —Any "MRP" struck-through price is shown for reference only and does not constitute a representation that the product was sold at that price for a continuous period.
• —We reserve the right to correct pricing or product-listing errors at any time, including after an order is placed, and will inform you before processing such an order if the price has changed.

3. Orders, Bag & Wishlist

• —Adding a product to your bag or wishlist does not reserve inventory or guarantee its price or availability until your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
• —An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully authorised and you receive an order confirmation with an order ID.
• —We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability — and will issue a full refund for any amount already paid.
• —Products marked "Out of stock" cannot be added to your bag; you may choose to be notified when they become available.

4. Payments

Payments on the Website are processed through Razorpay, a licensed third-party payment gateway. By making a payment, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms of service. We do not store your card, UPI, or net-banking credentials. All transactions are subject to successful authorisation by your bank, card network, or payment provider.

5. Shipping & Delivery

• —Orders above ₹2,500 qualify for free shipping; a flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below this threshold.
• —Estimated delivery timelines are indicative and provided at checkout; they may vary due to location, courier availability, or circumstances beyond our control.
• —Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, or that the address and contact details are accurate.

6. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

• —Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped, from your account or by contacting customer support.
• —For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered hair-care products cannot be returned, unless the product received is damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered.
• —To report a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photographs of the product.
• —Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval, subject to your bank's or payment provider's processing timelines.

7. Salon & Professional Accounts

Salon and other professional partners ordering in bulk or under a dedicated salon programme may be subject to additional or different terms — including pricing, minimum order quantities, and payment terms — communicated separately at the time of onboarding. Where those terms conflict with these Terms, the salon programme terms will apply to that relationship.

8. Intellectual Property

The C6 Professional name, logo, "Nano Align" and related marks, product formulations, and all content on the Website — including text, graphics, and design — are the property of C6 Professional or its licensors and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

9. Acceptable Use

• —You agree not to misuse the Website, including by attempting unauthorised access, disrupting its operation, or using it for any fraudulent or unlawful purpose.
• —You agree not to place orders using false, incomplete, or another person's information without authorisation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C6 Professional shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website or products purchased through it, beyond the value of the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Indian consumer-protection law.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold C6 Professional, its officers, and employees harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (which allows consumers to approach the consumer forum having jurisdiction over their place of residence), any other disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ludhiana, Punjab.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
